About the Company

Probook is the AI Operating System for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. We unify customer processes into a single, scalable platform, automating high-touch workflows to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of Probook's UI/UX across chrome extension, mobile, and web platforms
• Translate customer pain points into product and UX improvements that ship
• Independently ship front-end changes by making production code changes
• Establish Probook's visual and interaction design language from the ground up
• Use AI-assisted tools like Claude Code and Cursor to iterate on prototypes at speed
• Partner with engineers and founders on product direction and decision-making
• Work directly with customers in the field to understand workflows

Requirements

• 4–6 years of product design experience, ideally at startups
• Proven track record of shipping frontend code independently into production
• B2B SaaS background with experience in enterprise or ops-focused design
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
• Exceptional design taste and extreme attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Manhattan

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building bug-free frontends without engineering hand-off
• Ability to absorb context quickly and operate with incomplete information
• High-velocity iteration mindset
