Dataleap raised $3M from YC and prominent angels to build the agentic operating system for the enterprise. With thousands of agents deployed across scale-ups and Fortune 500 companies, the company is experiencing rapid growth and doubling revenue monthly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of Dataleap across the European market from Munich.
• Act as a trusted partner to customers, diagnosing AI leverage points and identifying high-value use cases.
• Build agents and workflows alongside customers to transform them into AI-native operators.
• Host agent hackathons and discuss rollout strategies with C-Suite executives.
• Navigate complex political landscapes within large organizations to find champions and disarm blockers.
• Serve as the voice of the customer to the engineering and product teams.
• Build and lead the European team as the company scales.

Requirements

• AI power user with experience shipping agents and understanding model routing and eval design.
• High agency and high clock speed with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
• Commercially sharp with experience in renewals, expansion, and multi-stakeholder navigation.
• Native-level German fluency.
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate to Munich.
• Low ego and high ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience debating model selection, eval strategy, and integration architecture with technical leadership.
• Ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
