About the Company

Delfa is building autonomous AI agents to automate clinical trials, fixing the bottlenecks in patient recruitment that delay life-saving medications. In less than a year, they have deployed onto 300+ trials and reached seven figures in ARR.

Responsibilities

• Own the pilot-to-customer conversion process end-to-end, including onboarding and value quantification
• Build scalable onboarding processes and playbooks for a growing customer base
• Deploy AI agents to automate onboarding tasks
• Work directly with customers to extract product insights and prototype solutions
• Identify patterns across the customer base to inform engineering priorities
• Support the expansion of the US commercial presence

Requirements

• Technical and commercial proficiency
• Ability to write code for prototyping and communicate value to customers
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency with AI tools like Claude or Cursor
