Responsibilities

• Own all analytics pipelines, data schemas, and the central data pond
• Develop customer health monitoring, alerting, and predictive churn analytics
• Create outcome labeling and evaluation datasets for AI agents
• Build client-facing dashboards and QBR reporting using Omni or Looker
• Manage ETL pipelines from 3rd party databases including EHRs and CRMs
• Develop systems for long-term agent memory and ensure data quality and uptime
• Conduct experiment setup and metric definition using Statsig

Requirements

• 5+ years in analytics engineering, data science, or analytics-heavy roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python with production-quality code standards
• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL data pipelines
• Track record of shipping data products such as dashboards and reporting systems
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment
• Experience deploying internal AI Agents to improve team productivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare or EHR industry experience
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Experience with Omni, Temporal, or GCP
• Experience with AI agent evaluations, monitoring, and testing
