Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship with cities, serving as a trusted advisor to executive and senior leadership
- Retain and grow customer accounts through renewals and expansion opportunities
- Build customer success processes, playbooks, and standards for excellent customer experience
- Synthesize and prioritize customer learnings to shape product and business decisions cross-functionally
Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success at a tech company, startup, or top consulting/finance firm
- 2+ years of experience managing enterprise-level clients (large corporate or government)
- Strong client-services experience with ability to manage senior stakeholders under pressure
- Exceptional project management skills and ability to juggle complex projects
- Strategic problem-solving skills using a first principles approach
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a scrappy and resourceful mindset
