Responsibilities
- Own the inbound support queue across Slack and email, managing response times and resolution quality
- Resolve technical tickets including workflow debugging, integration issues, and custom object setup
- Build and scale AI-native support systems, including AI support agents and automated onboarding
- Develop internal tooling and a knowledge base optimized for AI agents
- Create health scoring models to predict retention and expansion
- Drive customer activation and retention through proactive engagement and automated sequences
- Maintain the product feedback loop by surfacing technical issues to engineering
Requirements
- Technical, customer-facing background in support engineering, solutions engineering, CS Ops, or technical consulting
- Ability to handle high ticket volume and perform deep technical debugging
- Proficiency in writing scripts, using APIs, and debugging integrations
- Experience building documentation, automation, and internal tooling
- Strong communication skills for interacting with technical founders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building with LLMs and AI agents
- Previous experience owning a support function solo
