About the Company

Pylon is building America’s mortgage rails. We have created the first vertically integrated mortgage platform that turns origination into a single API. We are backed by Peter Thiel, Conversion Capital, QED, Citi, Fifth Wall, and the founders of Ramp, Blend, and Mercury.

Responsibilities

• Build Pylon's audience from the ground up across X, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create opinionated, high-attention content including industry takes, customer showcases, and original research
• Work directly with the CEO to build his professional presence and translate industry knowledge into content
• Run end-to-end growth experiments including hypothesis, testing, and result analysis
• Identify and activate channels such as communities, newsletters, podcasts, and events to build relationships with industry influencers

Requirements

• Proven track record of growing an audience, community, or product from zero
• Deep understanding of social media platform mechanics and distribution
• Experience building content systems using AI
• Ability to write compelling arguments, narratives, and shareable ideas
• Data-driven approach to tracking and reporting growth metrics
• Comfort being a public face of the brand
