MAI is on a mission to democratize advanced advertising technology. Founded by ad platform veterans from Google and Instacart, the company uses AI agents to automate and optimize performance marketing for small and mid-sized businesses. Having raised a $25 million Seed round led by Kleiner Perkins, MAI is scaling its intelligent, autonomous marketing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and expansion
  • Generate 75%+ of pipeline through strategic outbound and intent signals
  • Act as a domain expert in performance marketing and AI agents
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to marketers regarding growth and profitability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ops, and marketing to influence the roadmap
  • Maintain CRM excellence and document performance data

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience with a record of exceeding quota
  • Experience selling Ads, AdTech, or Marketing SaaS to eCommerce customers
  • Background as a Senior Client Partner at a high-growth tech company
  • Deep understanding of sales principles and playbooks
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills
