Founding Business Operations Manager

About the Company

Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM. We design AI agents that operate across the full sales action set, from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. Our mission is to 10x every seller by automating the busywork so they can focus on what humans do best: closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with company leadership to drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution
• Own core business planning processes including annual planning, quarterly OKRs, and headcount planning
• Build and maintain operating cadences to improve alignment and accountability
• Analyze business performance and develop insights to inform key company decisions
• Create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and metrics to track business health
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Recruiting
• Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable processes
• Support executive decision-making through financial, operational, and strategic analysis
• Prepare executive materials, board content, and strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 3–10 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance, or Chief of Staff roles
• Experience operating in or advising high-growth technology companies
• Highly analytical with comfort working with data to drive decisions
• Ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex, unstructured problems
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives
• Strong bias toward action and ownership
