Responsibilities

  • Fuel Laurel's growth by helping to build the playbook, tech stack, and processes for the outbound pipeline function
  • Open doors at new accounts and markets through thoughtful, multi-channel outreach
  • Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
  • Research target accounts to identify where Laurel creates the most value
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build account strategies and territory plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing to deliver a cohesive customer experience
  • Help build the outbound strategy, contributing to frameworks, messaging, and processes

Requirements

  • Growth-oriented and ready to build toward future leadership or closing roles
  • Goal-oriented and biased toward action
  • Passion for outbound and creative, strategic, highly personalized prospecting
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Ability to navigate challenges with resilience and a positive attitude
  • Ownership mindset and ability to partner with Account Executives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing or revenue-generating role (tech sales, retail, hospitality, real estate, recruiting)
  • Experience in an outbound or inbound sales development role
  • Experience supporting professional services, legal, or other complex industries
