Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Identify gyms and facilities to secure new partnership deals
  • Build relationships with gym owners, local businesses, and strategic partners
  • Recruit and secure founding captains per league to establish community engagement
  • Develop outbound strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Help create repeatable outreach strategies, playbooks, and sales cadences
  • Track pipeline activity and performance metrics within CRM systems
  • Act as a brand ambassador at networking events and league nights

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong outbound and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prospect and generate own pipeline
  • Experience managing conversations from first touch through close
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable operating autonomously
  • Passion for sports, community, hospitality, or experiential brands
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the Toronto HQ

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments
  • Background in sports, events, hospitality, fitness, or entertainment industries
  • Experience building or improving sales processes
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
  • Experience selling partnerships, sponsorships, or memberships
