About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for dental practice prospects.
- Generate new business through outbound channels including email, phone, and creative outreach.
- Pitch the Dandy value proposition, handle objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Track sales activity using Salesforce and other tools to continuously improve processes.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless client handoffs.
- Contribute ideas to help build the Spanish BDR function from the ground up.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in a high-growth environment.
- Proven experience with cold calling.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with standard sales tools and a desire to implement new ones.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Catalan is a strong plus.
- Experience with marketplace models.
- Experience targeting SMB (Small and Medium Business) customers.
- A positive attitude and a love for blitz growth environments.
