About the Company

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design vision for Resolve AI’s brand across web, campaigns, product marketing, and executive communications
• Translate complex technical ideas into visually compelling narratives in collaboration with founders and executives
• Design high-impact creative for launches, social, presentations, and motion
• Build and maintain scalable design systems, guidelines, and reusable components
• Establish creative processes that balance speed and quality in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure a cohesive brand experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and narrative craft
• Deep expertise with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and color
• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems
• Ability to operate as both a strategist and a hands-on designer
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion, 3D, or interactive design
• Curiosity about Agentic AI and its impact on software engineering
