Hera is creating a new profession in healthcare to fill the gap in senior care coordination. We provide dedicated senior care experts, known as Heroes, who educate, coordinate, and advocate for vulnerable populations. Backed by $34M from Accel and Bain Capital Ventures, we are building a platform that turns tribal healthcare knowledge into compounding intelligence to scale expertise across America.

Responsibilities

• Act as a generalist problem solver within the Apollo Unit to tackle unknown terrains
• Build and scale the Hero growth engine
• Launch new markets and design systems to uphold quality
• Develop technology and processes that maintain a human feel while scaling expertise
• Execute on high-stakes projects with surgical precision and relentless truth-seeking
