About the Company

DayDream helps dentists get paid for the work they do by automating revenue cycle management. We simplify insurance verification, claims submission, and billing to increase financial transparency for patients and providers. We have raised $6.5M from 8VC and prominent AI investors including Nat Friedman and Daniel Gross.

Responsibilities

• Solve operational bottlenecks across sales, onboarding, and customer success
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives including fundraising and enterprise deployments
• Define and track key business KPIs through dashboards and analytics frameworks
• Design and implement scalable internal processes and tools
• Support go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation and pricing models
• Manage key enterprise relationships and support customer onboarding
• Translate customer insights into product roadmap decisions
• Create external-facing collateral such as case studies and sales materials

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a metrics-driven mindset
• High-agency operator capable of both setting strategy and executing tasks
• Ability to work cross-functionally across product, ops, and sales teams
• Excellent communication skills for writing memos, building decks, and stakeholder alignment
• Customer-facing experience with the ability to represent the company professionally
