We work with global companies—including recognized names like Scale and X.com—to connect them with excellent technical profiles quickly, accurately, and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enrich a sales CRM to manage leads, communications, and follow-ups to close new clients
- Work with marketing to create active and passive lead funnels
- Adopt and improve organizational sales playbooks, including presentations, sales materials, and analytical results
- Build the foundations of the Sales department, setting the groundwork for the future team
- Act as the face of Silver.dev for over 20 active accounts, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating needs
- Participate in intake meetings with new potential clients to generate opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management, ideally in tech, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services
- Proactive and problem-solving profile with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple relationships simultaneously with a focus on satisfaction and commercial expansion
- Professional presence in meetings with current and potential clients
- Exceptional English proficiency (B2+ or C1 level, oral and written)
