Responsibilities
- Own the BDR function end-to-end, including strategy, process, tooling, hiring, and execution
- Carry a personal pipeline quota while leading the team
- Build and iterate the outbound playbook, including ICP definition, sequencing, and messaging
- Hire, onboard, and develop BDRs through a custom ramp program and performance framework
- Partner with Marketing and Account Executives to drive pipeline and ensure tight handoffs
- Manage the BDR tech stack, including CRM hygiene, enrichment, and AI-assisted outreach
- Report on pipeline, activity, and conversion metrics to shape GTM strategy
Requirements
- 3-6 years in BDR or SDR roles
- 1-2 years in a lead or player-coach capacity at a high-growth SaaS or developer-tools company
- Proven track record of building outbound playbooks from scratch
- Technical fluency with ability to discuss APIs and infrastructure products with developers
- Deep familiarity with GTM tools such as Clay, Apollo, Gong, and Salesforce
- Strong hiring instincts and ability to develop talent
- Bias toward action and experimentation
