About the Company

Finni Health is on a mission to empower BCBAs to do their best clinical work without the bureaucracy. After disrupting the status quo in the US, we are officially launching in Ontario, Canada, providing clinicians with a "business-in-a-box" including elite software, billing engines, and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and design evidence-based intervention plans
• Deliver high-quality supervision and direct family care
• Help set the standard for Finni's Canadian operations and clinical guidelines
• Partner with backend experts to navigate Ontario-specific billing and OAP requirements
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Behaviour Therapists as the footprint grows

Requirements

• Valid BCBA Certification
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field
• Proven track record of high-quality clinical care
• Understanding of the Ontario clinical landscape
• Self-starter mindset with interest in startup environments
