Founding Backend/Infra Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build scalable infrastructure to transform fragmented web data into a clean, searchable platform
• Develop high-performance web crawlers to scrape job data globally in real-time
• Design and implement systems that support massive scale and high-speed indexing
• Take full ownership of backend and infrastructure decisions as a core founding member

Requirements

• Strong programming fundamentals and expertise in systems design
• Professional experience with Node.js and Python
• Ability to learn fast and dive deep into complex, unfamiliar technical problems
• Obsessive attention to detail, quality, and correctness

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest or experience in security and reverse-engineering
