About the Company

AeroVect is transforming ground handling with autonomy, redefining how airlines and ground service providers around the globe run day-to-day operations. We are a Series A company backed by top-tier venture capital investors in aviation and autonomous driving.

Responsibilities

  • Build customer-facing collateral including pitch decks, technical briefs, RFP responses, and ROI models
  • Provide contract support by assembling redlines and coordinating with Legal and Finance on MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
  • Manage sales operations including CRM updates and maintaining the content library
  • Lead prospect and customer calls and manage professional email communications
  • Project-manage long sales cycles and track timelines to prevent bottlenecks

Requirements

  • 1-3 years in management consulting or investment banking
  • Expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong understanding of contract structures and legal intuition
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for aviation and enterprise sales
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales-enablement tools
