Founding Algorithm Developer

Responsibilities

• Build and scale core optimization algorithms used directly in production
• Write optimization systems including MILPs, LPs, and heuristics
• Build and maintain data pipelines that operate at real production scale
• Move quickly from idea to implementation and customer usage
• Contribute to long-term product and technical direction
• Perform technical tasks ranging from deep algorithm work to integration and tooling
• Act as a forward-deployed engineer by talking to customers and solving concrete problems

Requirements

• Experience writing optimization algorithms (MILPs, ML, DP, RL, stochastic models, or heuristics)
• Ability to operate as a generalist across the stack
• Proficiency with Python and TypeScript
• Ability to ship code fast and work effectively in ambiguous environments
• High level of hard work and mission alignment
