Founding AI Native Lead

Responsibilities

• Build RoboForce’s internal AI-native operating system, including agents, automations, workflows, templates, and internal tools
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities to create 3x leverage across the company
• Drive AI agent adoption across all departments including software, hardware, marketing, and operations
• Lead the cross-functional AI Champion network to operationalize best practices
• Define company-wide standards for AI tools, cost, security, and model routing
• Partner with engineering and IT on AI-native infrastructure and secure deployment
• Execute technical Chief of Staff duties by turning ambiguous priorities into clear systems

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in product, engineering, AI workflows, founder office, or Chief of Staff roles
• Daily AI power user with experience in Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, or Hermes Agent
• Technical fluency with APIs, scripting, LLM tools, and agent frameworks
• Strong cross-functional execution skills
• Builder mindset with ability to move from vague problems to working prototypes
• Sharp product judgment regarding tool selection and workflow design
• Ability to handle sensitive company context and high ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Cursor, agent frameworks, LLM routing, or local model hosting
• Ex-founder or direct founder-office experience in high-growth startups
• Experience building functions or operating cadences from zero
• Background in AI, robotics, hardware, or deep tech
