At LTV.ai, we're redefining email marketing for e-commerce brands by automating manual tasks like segmentation, campaign creation, and personalization. We help brands increase LTV and drive measurable growth while staying focused on their customers.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end from architecture and data modeling through implementation and rollout
• Work across the full backend surface including AI features, core platform architecture, and data pipelines
• Design and build AI-native systems such as multi-agent workflows, model routing, and real-time feedback loops
• Use AI coding tools aggressively to ship faster while maintaining high quality and correctness
• Make architectural decisions that scale with company growth
• Pair closely with product, AI, and data teams on high-leverage work

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with a track record of owning production systems
• Strong engineering taste and ability to build durable, well-reasoned systems
• AI-native mindset with experience overseeing AI-generated work
• Experience scaling production systems in SaaS, messaging, or e-commerce environments
• Proficiency in TypeScript (NestJS) and AWS-based infrastructure or ability to ramp quickly
• Interest in LLMOps, AI application infrastructure, and agentic systems
• Founder mentality and pragmatic approach to speed and quality
