Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production AI systems integrated into real user workflows
• Own systems end-to-end, from data pipelines to user-facing interfaces
• Develop backend services and APIs using modern tools
• Shape product direction and challenge assumptions in an ambiguous environment
• Implement MLOps and CI/CD for ML-driven systems

Requirements

• 2+ years of software development experience
• Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch, and LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Strong backend and API development skills
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and CI/CD
• Passion for building clean, usable products

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior startup or 0→1 product experience
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
• Experience with aviation, aerospace, or safety-critical domains
