Responsibilities

• Build agentic content pipelines that produce, distribute, and optimize across blog, email, LinkedIn, and events
• Set the quality bar for high-volume automated outputs to ensure they express the Rhythms narrative
• Build autonomous GTM agents for outreach, enrichment, sequencing, and signal detection
• Develop GTM functionality directly inside the Rhythms product to drive growth

Requirements

• Deep understanding of GTM workflows, content, campaigns, and demand generation
• Fluency across the modern AI stack including LLMs, agents, orchestration, and evals
• Proven experience shipping autonomous agents, automations, or self-improving systems
• Founder-level mindset with the ability to operate without briefs or approval chains
• Focus on pipeline and revenue generation as primary success metrics
