Zania is building agentic AI for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to solve the massive problem of legacy, inefficient compliance workflows. Funded by a leading Tier 1 venture capital fund, Zania is a hyper-growth startup with a world-class team of AI and Security leaders from companies like Airbnb, Microsoft, and Deloitte.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle sales from outbound prospecting and lead generation to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Generate your own pipeline by researching target accounts and executing outbound campaigns
- Partner with founders to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build the foundational sales playbook
- Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving GRC leaders, CISOs, and IT procurement teams
- Act as a feedback loop to Product and Engineering teams by translating customer pain points into product insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Proven track record of closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals
- Demonstrated success in independent outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate complex AI concepts to enterprise stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience selling into Security, Compliance, Risk, or AI domains
- Experience operating in a fast-paced Series A startup environment
