About the Company

Zania is building agentic AI for Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to solve the massive problem of legacy, inefficient compliance workflows. Funded by a leading Tier 1 venture capital fund, Zania is a hyper-growth startup with a world-class team of AI and Security leaders from companies like Airbnb, Microsoft, and Deloitte.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle sales from outbound prospecting and lead generation to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
• Generate your own pipeline by researching target accounts and executing outbound campaigns
• Partner with founders to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and build the foundational sales playbook
• Manage multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving GRC leaders, CISOs, and IT procurement teams
• Act as a feedback loop to Product and Engineering teams by translating customer pain points into product insights

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Proven track record of closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals
• Demonstrated success in independent outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to articulate complex AI concepts to enterprise stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience selling into Security, Compliance, Risk, or AI domains
• Experience operating in a fast-paced Series A startup environment
