Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outbound to signed contract
  • Generate own pipeline through outbound, events, and partner channels
  • Run technical discovery and demo credibly to engineering and product teams
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to help customers deploy voice AI effectively
  • Synthesize market signals and customer feedback to inform the product roadmap
  • Drive account expansion and long-term relationship growth

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a hunter in early-stage environments
  • Technical fluency in APIs, AI pipelines, and developer workflows
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both platform engineers and C-suite executives
  • Strong ability to build from zero and define undefined playbooks
  • Customer-obsessed mindset focused on business outcomes
