About the role

About the Company

Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups. Open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books – all in one connected platform backed by real human support.

Responsibilities

  • Attend multiple in-person networking events every week to build relationships and engage with the startup community
  • Identify and target high-growth startups in the Los Angeles area for Rho’s cash management platform
  • Win new business in competitive sales against industry incumbents and newer players
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Construct, forecast, and manage sales pipeline to meet company goals
  • Deliver comprehensive product demos and answer technical inquiries
  • Coordinate with customer success and implementation teams to maintain high service levels

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a closing sales role
  • 1+ years of experience managing a book of business and carrying a quota focused on net-new acquisitions
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Ability to attend frequent in-person networking events in Los Angeles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS or financial services products
  • Experience working directly with startups
  • Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and venture accelerators
