Meticulous is building technology that fully autonomously and exhaustively tests frontend codebases to radically accelerate the pace of software development. The company is in a hypergrowth phase, scaling from millions in ARR toward $100m ARR, backed by world-class investors and engineers from companies like Uber, Google, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first sales hire to drive revenue growth
- Sell to mid-market and enterprise customers with ACVs ranging from $100k to $1m+
- Partner with world-class engineers to navigate complex technical deals
- Manage and close inbound leads while scaling marketing channels
- Travel to visit customers on-site as required
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an account executive or sales engineer role
- Proven track record of selling to deeply technical buyers
- History of top performance (e.g., President's Club or Sales Club)
- Ability to work from the San Francisco office
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling at both large enterprises and smaller startups
