Lightfield is an AI-native CRM that assembles itself from your email, calendar, and meetings. We are rethinking CRM from first principles, building a platform that is fast, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. We are backed by Greylock, Lightspeed, and Coatue.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including discovery, demo, pilot, and closing $20K–$50K deals
- Mine PLG data for high-potential accounts and execute targeted outbound into VC-backed startups
- Shape the sales playbook by building pilot templates, mutual action plans, and collateral
- Design and execute pilots with co-authored success criteria to ensure conversion
- Synthesize market signals, objections, and feature gaps for product and GTM leadership
Requirements
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close
- Ability to target and sell to VP Sales, RevOps leads, and technical founder-CEOs
- Experience working with Series A/B startups
- Ability to build sales processes and playbooks from scratch
