Jack & Jill is rebuilding the global labor market using agentic AI. With two dedicated agents—Jack for candidates and Jill for companies—the platform aims to disrupt the recruitment software and services markets. Having raised $20M led by Creandum, the team is scaling rapidly from its roots in Europe to San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle selling including prospecting, discovery, and closing
- Build and manage your own pipeline without BDR or inbound support
- Activate SF-headquartered companies through outbound efforts, events, and relationship building
- Guide new accounts to their first value moment by getting roles live in Jill
- Diagnose deal friction and systematize successful tactics into a repeatable GTM playbook
Requirements
- Proven track record of carrying a quota and closing deals at a fast-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
- Experience running full sales cycles from prospecting to close
- Sharp, structured thinking and precise communication skills
- Ability to operate with high ambiguity and zero existing infrastructure
- Strong roots within the San Francisco founder and operator ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling into HR, talent, or people teams
- Experience at a hypergrowth SF startup during an early scaling phase
- Previous founding experience
