About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal for the Italian market
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer IT, device, and SaaS management needs
- Deliver tailored product demos and consultative sales presentations to key stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy
- Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately within HubSpot CRM
- Share customer insights to help improve product positioning and sales processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Native Italian language skills and professional English proficiency
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Proven ability in pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
- Experience selling to IT, Ops, or technical stakeholders is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SaaS, ITSM, MDM, or cloud/automation tools
- Experience working in early-stage or "startup-within-a-company" environments
