Founding Account Executive

About the Company

At Glide we’re reimagining the banking experience for the modern world. Our embedded fintech platform empowers legacy financial institutions, like community banks and credit unions, to pioneer novel digital experiences for their customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with banking executives across country while building awareness of Glide’s brand
• Source new opportunities through in-person and virtual strategies
• Drive the sales process through lead identification, outreach, qualification, and nurturing
• Help Glide become an established brand by attending conferences, hosting events, and pitching at competitions
• Build and refine sales processes from the ground up, including vetting and implementing sales tools
• Negotiate and close large, strategic accounts alongside the founders

Requirements

• 2+ years of quota-driven sales experience selling to enterprises
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern sourcing, prospecting, and outreach tools
• Strong product intuition and track record of understanding complex, technical products
• Strong understanding of Enterprise SaaS business models
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience selling a fintech or financial services product
• Experience building sales processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit
