Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, managing both inbound and outbound lead flow
- Run proofs of concept (POCs) with defined success criteria to drive purchase decisions
- Build tailored narratives for platform engineering, security, and leadership audiences
- Develop value-based, outcome-oriented proposals and presentations
- Navigate complex enterprise procurement, security reviews, and compliance processes
- Provide structured customer feedback to product and engineering teams to shape the roadmap
- Establish sales foundations including CRM hygiene, forecasting, and repeatable motions
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of B2B software sales experience
- Proven track record selling technical products (developer tools, infrastructure, or dev-experience platforms)
- Experience closing complex six- and seven-figure enterprise deals
- Technical fluency in containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience in early-stage startups (Seed–Series B)
- Strong communication skills capable of engaging both engineers and executives
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience converting bottoms-up open-source or PLG adoption into enterprise contracts
- Familiarity with Nix, virtual environments, or dev containers
- Background selling into financial services or technology sectors
