About the Company
Flint is the agentic platform that ships pages from your brand and ad campaigns. We remove the manual work of building landing pages, allowing marketers to focus on strategy and creative direction. Backed by Accel, SBVP, and Neo, we are a talent-dense team of former founders and early-stage engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: prospecting, discovery, demo, pilot, negotiation, and closing
- Build pipeline through outbound efforts, conferences, events, and qualifying inbound leads
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
- Co-write the initial sales playbook with the CEO, including pitch, discovery frameworks, and pricing
- Act as a product expert and feedback loop, feeding market learnings back to the founders
Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR experience and 4+ years in total sales
- Proven track record of running full-cycle B2B SaaS deals against a quota
- Experience working in an early-stage startup environment
- Strong written communication and storytelling abilities
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with high ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building GTM from scratch at a seed-to-Series-B startup
- Experience with PLG or bottoms-up sales motions
- Experience selling marketing or GTM tools to marketers
- Familiarity with tools like Attio, HubSpot, Loops.so, or Clay
- Experience building revenue operations workflows
