About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, including discovery, demos, and presentations.
  • Build consultative relationships with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders.
  • Drive new business acquisition or customer expansion through upselling existing Factorial HR clients.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and sales messaging.
  • Track and forecast opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide customer insights to help improve product development and sales processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, test, and iterate on sales playbooks.
  • Highly organized and analytical with experience managing pipelines and forecasts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to IT personas (CIO, IT Manager, VP Engineering).
  • Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
  • Experience with upselling or cross-selling within an existing customer base.
  • Proficiency in French or German.
