About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, including discovery, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Build consultative relationships with IT and Operations decision-makers such as CIOs and IT Managers.
  • Help define the go-to-market playbook, sales narrative, and customer experience for the new Factorial IT vertical.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging.
  • Track and forecast opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide customer insights to help improve product development and sales processes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Native Italian speaker with professional English proficiency.
  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, test, and iterate in a new business line.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to IT personas (CIO, IT Manager, VP Engineering).
  • Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions.
  • Experience with upselling or cross-selling within an existing customer base.
