About the role
About the Company
CYBRET AI is building an AI-native cybersecurity platform designed to reason, prioritize, and act autonomously. We are replacing fragmented security tooling with intelligent systems built for modern organizations.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Work closely with technical founders to sell a complex AI and cybersecurity product
- Develop deep relationships with early customers and design partners
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to inform product roadmap
- Define and document sales processes, messaging, and qualification frameworks
- Help shape pricing, packaging, and contract structures
- Collaborate on ICP definition, buyer personas, and market segmentation
- Hire, mentor, and scale the future sales team as the company grows
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience selling complex, technical solutions to technical and executive buyers
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate without existing structure
- Experience building or scaling early-stage sales motions is a major plus
- Strong communication skills and credibility with security and engineering teams
- Ambition to grow into a Head of Sales or commercial leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused products
- Cybersecurity domain expertise
