Crosby is the first AI-native law firm, helping ambitious companies like Cursor, Ramp, and Cognition sign commercial contracts faster. We build proprietary tools and human-in-the-loop workflows that change what's possible for corporate legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the end-to-end sales motion including sourcing leads, discovery, demos, and closing deals
  • Develop early marketing strategy through content, campaigns, and events
  • Establish and manage customer success approach to ensure adoption and retention
  • Collect market feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy
  • Lay the foundation for future sales teams by building processes and playbooks

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years in sales, business development, or growth roles at high-growth startups
  • Track record of closing enterprise or mid-market deals
  • Experience building pipeline from scratch
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to move fast in ambiguous environments
