Responsibilities
- Build and execute the end-to-end sales motion including sourcing leads, discovery, demos, and closing deals
- Develop early marketing strategy through content, campaigns, and events
- Establish and manage customer success approach to ensure adoption and retention
- Collect market feedback to influence product roadmap and strategy
- Lay the foundation for future sales teams by building processes and playbooks
Requirements
- 3–8+ years in sales, business development, or growth roles at high-growth startups
- Track record of closing enterprise or mid-market deals
- Experience building pipeline from scratch
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions
- Data-driven mindset with ability to move fast in ambiguous environments
