Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle sales including cold calling, sequence building, and door-knocking
- Own pipeline generation and close deals alongside the CEO
- Act as the voice of the customer to shape product development
- Create the GTM playbook for future sales hires
Requirements
- 2+ years in B2B sales
- Experience running own discovery and closing deals
- Proven track record of building pipeline from zero
- Ability to communicate effectively with CEOs and COOs
- High degree of autonomy and self-management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in startups
- Experience in SMB or mid-market sales
- Experience in home services or with ServiceTitan
