Founding Account Executive

About the Company

Alaro is an AI-native law firm, built to deliver clear, timely legal judgment for Real Estate, investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates. We combine senior expertise with intelligent systems so routine work happens faster, and critical decisions don't wait. We started Alaro in September 2025 and have raised £10m from Tier 1 VCs.

Responsibilities

• Close net-new business across our ICP including Real Estate, investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates
• Act as the day-to-day relationship owner for existing customers
• Drive renewals, upsells, and account expansion
• Run regular check-ins and account reviews while bringing customer feedback to the team
• Sharpen the GTM playbook including discovery, demo flow, and pricing
• Provide legal-buyer expertise to live deals
• Act as a voice for customers to the founders and product team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience closing B2B deals
• Experience in account management or customer-facing post-sale roles
• Track record in fast-moving, evolving environments
• Strong written communication skills for async deal cycles
• AI-native workflow with a genuine interest in how AI impacts legal work

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct legal industry experience (legal tech sales, legal operations, or legal professional background)
• Understanding of how legal teams and GCs make purchasing decisions
