About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
- Convert high-intent product signups and inbound leads into revenue via multi-channel outreach
- Build and document the sales playbook to transform founder-led motions into a repeatable, scalable GTM engine
- Design and run automated outbound workflows using Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools
- Conduct technical discovery with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and AI leads regarding APIs and deployment architecture
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to refine product positioning
Requirements
- 2–5 years of closing experience selling developer tools, AI infrastructure, or conversational AI products
- Degree in AI/Engineering or significant Sales Engineering experience to handle deep technical discovery
- Proven experience with full-cycle ownership, including prospecting and outbound without SDR support
- Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Early-stage startup experience (Seed to Series B)
- Ability to work 5 days a week in-office in San Francisco
