Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of founders by owning high-priority company projects
• Own P&L and growth metrics for specific business units
• Manage multiple teams including Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, and Support
• Identify priorities, decide action plans, and execute them independently or collaboratively

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Minimum 1 year of exposure to B2B sales
• Highly analytical with proficiency in data analytics, Excel, and AI workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new challenges
• Ability to set and drive high-performance standards

• Previous experience as a Founder
