About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Own high-priority initiatives from initial concept through execution and measurable outcomes
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive the company’s most important priorities
• Launch and scale new products, partnerships, specialties, and functions
• Create the processes, operating mechanisms, and systems that help the company scale effectively
• Step into high-leverage problems wherever they emerge to drive them forward

Requirements

• Track record of taking ownership and driving outcomes in demanding environments (founder, operator, investor, or PM)
• Ability to operate without a playbook using technology, data, and AI to solve problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to move quickly and find shortcuts to deliver on goals
• High NPS with former teammates
