Founder's Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects and strategic initiatives for the Marketing team
• Identify inefficiencies and build scalable processes to address them
• Use data to track project impact and support business decisions
• Align multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines effectively
• Present structured recommendations to internal teams based on analysis and insights
• Monitor key performance metrics and course-correct as needed

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience, including 3+ years of team management (leading teams of 5–10 members)
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong analytical ability with proficiency in working with data and dashboards
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
• Clear communicator capable of aligning and influencing multiple teams
• Ability to build, hire, and coach a high-performance team

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior entrepreneurial experience is a bonus
