About the Company

Kastle is building an AI operating system for consumer lending, starting with mortgage. Backed by Y Combinator, Commerce Ventures, and executives from Snapdocs, Google, and WePay, we are redefining lending with AI-driven voice agents.

Responsibilities

• Own the CEO's operating cadence, including weekly priorities, KR tracking, and decision logs
• Turn leadership conversations into actionable memos, assigned owners, and closed tasks
• Run special projects across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
• Build lightweight systems such as dashboards, templates, and playbooks
• Support enterprise deal execution, including proposal hygiene and pricing models
• Create customer-ready artifacts like ROI reporting and launch communications
• Operationalize compliance through tracking policy updates and QA workflows
• Improve internal throughput via planning rituals and hiring process upgrades

Requirements

• High-agency operator capable of driving solutions end-to-end
• Structured thinker with the ability to turn ambiguity into concrete plans
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical ability using Excel/Sheets and KPI design
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Comfortable with early-stage startup intensity and shifting priorities
• Founder energy or previous founder experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in startup ops, consulting, fintech ops, or investment/strategy
• Prior work with enterprise customers or regulated workflows (finance, mortgage, insurance)
• Strong experience writing memos, project plans, and customer updates
