About the Company

BJAK believes people deserve smarter ways to plan, save and grow their money. Started in 2019, it built the first mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia and is now expanding into spending, saving, investing, and more to help people get more from their money every day.

Responsibilities

• Drive zero-to-one strategic projects for the AI Neobank app
• Support licensing, market entry, partner acquisition, office setup, hiring and operating plans
• Research markets, competitors, regulations, partners and business models
• Turn founder-level ideas into structured plans, owners, timelines and next actions
• Work across product, legal, compliance, finance, hiring, operations and country teams
• Build trackers, briefs, memos, operating documents and execution rhythms
• Own urgent business problems until they are solved

Requirements

• Strong generalist with high ownership and sharp business judgement
• Ability to learn new industries, regulations and markets quickly
• Comfortable with licensing, partnerships, operations and market research
• Strong English communication and structured thinking skills
• Experience in startups, consulting, fintech, strategy, operations or investing is a strong advantage
• Ability to handle ambiguity and perform hands-on execution
