Responsibilities

• Own and run cross-functional projects across finance, operations, compliance, and people
• Build and manage internal systems, tooling, and automations to enable scaling
• Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts and support new team member onboarding
• Support go-to-market initiatives to bring AI agents to enterprise customers
• Manage diverse challenges from board preparation to vendor management

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in generalist, operating, consulting, or founding roles
• Technical background or strong intuition for AI, software, and automation
• Ability to build internal tooling independently
• Fluency in both German and English
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and ability to work without close supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in early-stage or high-agency environments
• Proven ability to switch between big-picture thinking and detailed execution
• Interest in building category-defining AI companies
