About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3M in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase.

Responsibilities

• Act as a sparring partner to the founders, structuring complex questions and preparing decision bases
• Translate vision and strategy into concrete roadmaps and operational goals
• Take ownership of cross-departmental key projects such as finance, new business models, and fundraising preparation
• Build scalable structures, decision-making processes, and reporting systems
• Establish clear target systems like OKRs and support recruiting and team development

Requirements

• Experience in Consulting (Tier 1/Tier 2), High-Growth Start-ups, or VC/PE
• Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in the energy or real estate industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility startup environment
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
• Fluency in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in organizational design or performance management
• Experience with scaling startups
