About the Company

Tacto is building the intelligence layer that connects AI to the physical world of manufacturing, starting with procurement. Based in Munich, we are a Sequoia and Index-funded organization building a Procurement Intelligence Platform to empower the European industrial base.

Responsibilities

Depending on the track assigned, you will:

Track 1 - Generalist

• Own company-wide initiatives directly with the CEO
• Build new product wedges, growth loops, and 0-to-1 bets
• Move between strategy and hands-on execution across org, hiring, and product

Track 2 - Go-to-Market

• Analyze new markets, industries, and segments
• Build business cases and go-to-market plans for new growth opportunities
• Support the executive team in C-level customer meetings and GTM analysis

Requirements

• Smart, driven, and hungry to build in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a top-tier startup, consulting, or VC
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and build from zero
• Fluent in German and English
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
